How should I assess customer reviews before making a purchase?

Check whether the review describes the same product option you are considering. Check whether a review explains the circumstances behind its conclusion.

What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Ask for clarification during available hours if the schedule is ambiguous. Check its result before submitting a second overlapping request.

What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?

Check whether the selected product option is included. Check the current seller information rather than relying on an outdated promotion elsewhere.
